ACCESS TO OUR PARKS IMPLIES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE RULES OF PROCEDURE

The tree climbing course is a fun activity space allowing the practitioner to climb in height, independently and more or less acrobatic, on and between trees or other natural or non-natural supports. It consists of workshops divided into several courses distinguished by color codes.
The service provided includes:
• supply and installation of personal protective equipment (PPE) for practitioners
• description of the activity: instructions for using the equipment and explanations at the start of the session: briefing
• implementation on a route for validation by an operator
• supervision, advice and / or possible assistance during the session

In the event of bad weather Strong wind, thunderstorms with risk of lightning, the management reserves the right to temporarily or permanently vacate the courses for your own safety. In the event of a thunderstorm or strong wind, an evacuation procedure is planned, it is important to be aware of it before setting off on the courses.
Access to the facilities is prohibited to the public outside of opening hours, even with equipment.
Site access condition applicable to any person present on the site
• Pre-existing liability insurance
• Be vigilant and cautious of falling objects as well as the surrounding ground and vegetation.
• Observe the signs in force, do not disturb the practitioners by circulating or by parking near the games and zip lines reaching the ground.
• Respect the markings and paths on the ground
• Do not run in the path
• To respect the environment
• No smoking

Conditions of the activity:
• Be in good health and not be disturbed physically and emotionally. Don't be pregnant. The practice is prohibited for anyone who has consumed alcohol or any substance that may impair their abilities.
• Have followed the briefing at the start of the session and completed a first course validated by an operator: a mandatory condition before accessing the activities.
• Minors under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at the time of registration, who must remain on site during the activity.
• Children under 8 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during the activity. He must follow the briefing given at the start of the session on safety instructions and the use of equipment
• In general, for practitioners, follow all instructions and instructions given
• Have read the associated documents:. Safety instructions and explanations of the equipment to be used. The different markings and signs used which were given during the explanations at the start of the session for the independent activity of the activity • Respect the instructions for using the course and in particular the special instructions for progression and special instructions of security
• Respect the number of people authorized per game and platform
• The use of mobile phones is prohibited during the activity

Adopt responsible and prudent behavior in all circumstances:
An outfit suitable for the exercise of outdoor activities is strongly recommended:
closed shoes compulsory
Don't drop anything on you and watch out for dangling jewelry and your rings.
It is mandatory to tie the hair
The management reserves the right to refuse access to the park and the facilities to any person it deems not to meet the requirements of these regulations.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY

• Each client is equipped with our safety equipment and checked before each departure. Any equipment removed and / or returned must be checked by an operator. The use of equipment other than those supplied by the operator is not permitted
• Anyone who, at the end of the explanations of the safety instructions, does not feel physically or morally capable of performing alone and correctly the manipulations essential for an autonomous development, must refrain from practicing the activity.
• Permanent and continuous self-insurance is compulsory (life lines or any other element indicated)
• It is strictly forbidden to interrupt and / or leave a route without the authorization and assistance of an operator.
• In the event of a problem, notify an operator by any means
• OUR OPERATORS ARE PRESENT AND QUALIFIED TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY BUT ALSO TO ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS AND INFORM YOU.
The management reserves the right to:
• Exclude anyone who does not respect the instructions (without reimbursement of their ticket)
• Or behave dangerously with themselves or with others
• Or disrespectful of people, facilities or the environment
• Take or execute any decision it deems justified
